How We Operate

RentRefi LLC is a private lending company that originates DSCR loans for rental property investors through relationships with wholesale lending partners. We are not a bank or a licensed mortgage broker. Our role is to structure your deal, submit it for underwriting through our lending partners, and guide the transaction to close.

States Served

RentRefi currently serves borrowers in the following states: Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas (primary markets), and most additional US states. We do not currently operate in Nevada, South Dakota, or North Dakota.

Equal Housing Lender

RentRefi LLC is an Equal Housing Lender. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, handicap, or familial status.

All loans originated by RentRefi LLC are for business or investment purposes only and are not available for personal, family, or household use. This is not a commitment to lend. All loan applications are subject to credit approval and underwriting review. Programs, rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Interest rates and loan programs are subject to change based on market conditions, borrower qualifications, and property evaluation. Advertised rates and terms represent estimates and may not be available for all borrowers or all loan scenarios.
